Orders and Shipping
Orders are shipped promptly and 80% arrive within 10 days. You will receive a tracking number to watch your item’s progress every step of the way.
When you place an order you will be prompted to create an account with your address and other contact information. We will use that information to ship your order or if we need to contact you. If you would like to create an account ahead of time, please click here to register.
Click on the My Account link at the bottom of any page. Then, use the Addresses link to update your shipping address. If you’ve placed an order with the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible.
Click on the My Account link at the top of any page. Select the order. View tracking for the most up to date information.
We do not keep credit card information on file.
We charge GST / HST in Canada.
We ship to 31 countries. If your country is not listed during checkout please contact us.
If ordering more than one item, you may receive more than one package. We package to minimize or, in most cases, avoid import taxes, duties and fees.
If you need to switch out an item

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please contact us if there is any issue with your order. We have solutions to fix problems.
Packing accidents shouldn’t happen, but if they do. we will re-ship the right item with priority at no charge.
If it’s a gift or for retail box display, please let us know. We will send you a replacement box with priority at no charge. Packaging quality is our priority and manufacturing defects are not shipped. We will replace any defective with priority at no charge.
If we cannot send you a prepaid mailing label for your RMA return, please mail to: TransCanada Network, 6007-2100 Bloor St W., Toronto, ON M6S5A5 Canada +18007476882. Send us a copy of your receipt and tracking information for reimbursement.
